Vance Joy Takes ALT Summer Camp By Storm

No one gets a sing-a-long going like Vance Joy does. The singer-songwriter took the #ALTSummerCamp stage by storm and had the crowd following along word-for-word with songs like "Lay It On Me" and "Riptide." Vance Joy is expected to release a new album later this year.

Before the performance, Vance Joy sat down Harms backstage to discuss an array of items — including his upcoming album.

"I'm playing three new songs in the extended set we've been playing recently," Vance Joy said. "We've got a bunch of songs done, and I think we are just kind of deciding when exactly is going to be the end. At some point I am going to have to abandon my tools and the songwriting, and say, 'this is ready.' And I think we're getting pretty close."
