A Texas State bill would seek to fine men $100 for each occurrence for masturbating outside of a supervised environment or for a reason other than to procreate.
It's called The Man's Right to Know Act and (take a breath) it's not meant to be taken seriously. It's meant to highlight the bullsh*t women have to put up with.
