Bob Moses Give Fans A Taste Of Tour Life In 'Back Down' Video

Bob Moses wrapped up a sold out North American tour in Monterrey, Mexico, earlier this month and have gifted fans a look at life on the road in the new music video for "Back Down."

“'Back Down' is the first time we’ve ever appeared in one of our videos so we wanted it to actually feel like us," the Los Angeles-based duo told iHeartRadio. "It was directed by a friend and captures a real slice of our life out on tour and onstage which, between the two, is where we spend most of our time.  We got to shoot some of this in our hometown of Vancouver on streets and in venues that we spent a lot of time in growing up which felt fitting.  We’re really happy with how it turned out and hope you enjoy."

"Back Down" is featured on Bob Moses' sophomore album, Battle Lines, which came out in September. The song is what the band's Tom Howie refers to as a "confused protest song" that reconciles a sense of loss felt about the current state of America. This theme is one of the many battles the band address in the album.

“This record is about the battles and struggles we all live through,” the band explains. “Battles within ourselves, battles with and within our society, battles between each other, with our loved ones, battles between ideologies.”
