Hayley Williams Just Created The Perfect Workout Routine To 'Over Yet'

If self-isolation's got ya down, Hayley Williams has come to the rescue!

On Monday (April 6), Williams released a new video, but it's not a music video. Instead, the 31-year-old uploaded a short workout video for her new song, “Over Yet.”

Channeling her inner workout instructor, Williams stared down the camera and asked, “Are you ready to get in shape?” YES WE ARE! “Here's a 3:53 workout for your busy day.”

If that hasn't already made you hop off the couch and clear some space Williams added, “here's an exercise routine so short that you don't even need to put your hair in a ponytail.” Count me in!

Standing in front of a colorful homemade banner reading “is it over yet?” Williams dons some unconventional workout gear consisting of a tied T-shirt, some animal print tights and denim shorts — but hey, it works!

The workout begins with the Paramore singer yelling "punch!” as she dives into the routine; which consists of some lunges, half jumping jack-type moves, high knees, running in place and so much more (yes, singing along is advised!).

I'm just going to say this was the most fun I've ever had working out and I will be the first in line to sign up for Williams' gym if she ever opens one.

“Over Yet” was released last week along with a lyric video that gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her album photoshoot for her debut solo release, Petals For Armor — out May 8!
