From music to movies!
Phoebe Bridgers appeared in the new teaser for A24's upcoming film Primetime, which details the 2000s television series To Catch a Predator. Watch it here.
Directed by Lance Oppenheim and featuring Robert Pattinson in the lead role, the project marks the rock musician's acting debut. The movie does not currently have a release date.
Earlier this month, the "Smoke Signals" singer debuted a number of new songs at her first live performance in three years on May 8 in New Mexico. One of the new songs allegedly detailed the death of her father in 2023. The Grammy winner also played signature songs at the no-phones, private concert, such as "Motion Sickness."
The musician, who was joined onstage by frequent collaborator Christian Lee Hutson, also reportedly told the crowd that the small show was a "test" for future live shows.
