Jungle Discusses Upcoming Album Release At ALT Summer Camp

Jungle had plenty to talk about before hitting the stage to rock ALT Summer Camp on Sunday, with their new album For Ever set to drop next month.

The album, which is scheduled to be released on Sept. 14, features songs that the collective has already been playing live for its fans to an immensely positive reception.

Band members Tom McFarland and Josh Lloyd-Watson could not be more excited.

"We're super stoked," Lloyd-Watson said. "We've been playing the new songs live for a while now, and it's been coming together really nice on stage. The reaction from the audience has been beautiful."

The guys went on to share a song on the album that they are particularly excited about.

"There's a track on there called 'House In LA', which is something that is really personal to us," Lloyd-Watson said. "That's the track that I think we're most proud of, and kind of surprised us in the production. It came together in a way that we didn't understand, which is great when you're making music."

McFarland remarks that 'House In LA' is their 'slowest jam ever.'

Jungle's ALT Summer Camp set opened with"Julia", closed with "Time" and included renditions of "The Heat", "Busy Earnin'" and "Heavy, California" in between.
