Disneyland's Day of the Dead Ice Cream Sandwich Is Made With Pan Dulce!

If Disney's Halloween treats are already making your mouth water, then prepare yourself for the park's first Día de Los Muertos Pan Dulce Ice Cream Sandwich. Yep, in honor of Day of the Dead, Disneyland has taken an entire concha and stuffed it with dulce de leche ice cream!

The frozen treat, available for $8 at Frontierland's Rancho del Zocalo in Disneyland, is sprinkled in cinnamony churro streusel crumbles and topped with whipped cream, cajeta — a goat-milk-based caramel syrup — and an edible white chocolate sugar skull for decoration, according to Disney Food Blog. So, are you hungry yet?

Following the Mexican tradition of using bright colors as a celebration of life, the shell-like concha breads are also covered in a crunchy rainbow sugar crust, which makes them look both delicious and totally Insta-worthy. Keep scrolling to take a closer look at the beautiful ice cream sandwiches ahead.
