Verizon is working on a new project and they are looking for nurses!
If you are interested you must submit today 4/7 or by tomorrow 4/8.
All you'll need to do is fill out some basic information. Also in a time of social distancing keep in mind that all filming would take place virtually within the selected person's home!

- Name, Phone, Email, Profession/Title, Where you work, Do you have Verizon?, recent picture, are you available on specific dates 4/7 or 4/8,4/9? & then a quick summary of what it is like being a nurse during COVID-19.
