LA Renters Relief Program Is Taking Applications Starting Monday

To help out LA residential tenants and landlords that are struggling with the economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic, a relief program will begin taking applications on Monday.

The application process for the Emergency Renters Relief Program will be open for five days starting at 8 a.m. on July 13th and closes 11:59 p.m. on July 17th.

The program allocates $103.00 to provide a rent subsidy for low-income tenants in the city of LA who are unable to pay rent due to circumstances related to the pandemic.
