The reasoning for the break:
We have been on the road a lot for 15 years and we just took a break. Mid way through 2018 we decided to make another album.
Patrick Carney's thoughts on the Houston Astros scandal:
I think it is despicable. Cheating sucks because it defeats the whole purpose of playing a sport. It is much worse that Pete Rose betting on his home team to win.
