Last Minute Ideas to Treat Dad for Father's Day

With Father's Day rapidly approaching, the time to choose something to treat dad to is now. Here's a list of great ideas of things to do with dad for Father's Day.

The Grove Original Farmer’s Market: Visit and eat at various vendors at the Grove Original Farmer's Market. The farmer's market is located at Fairfax Ave. and 3rd St.

Venice Electric Light Parade: Every Sunday at sunset you can bike the Venice Electric Light Parade. Take your bikes and head towards Windward Plaza Park on the Venice Beach Boardwalk

Bob’s Big Boy Classic Car Show: In Burbank, CA take your classic car or just yourself and see Hollywood come to life, with the locals who show off their classic vehicles at this classic restaurant. The event takes place every Friday night from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.  

Oakland Aviation Museum: For Father's Day, experience special planes, trains, and automobiles. Visitors at the museum can view the famous aircraft including A-3 Skywarrior, A-4 Skyhawk, A-6 Intruder, A-7 Corsair, Harrier Jump-Jet, 3⁄4 replica Mustang P-51, Mig-15., Cessna 0-2, T-39 Sabreliner, Hiller 1099 Helicopter and various general aviation aircraft. The event takes place Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Neon Retro Arcade: Treat dad to a vintage arcade with video & pinball games from bygone eras, from Pac-Man to Donkey Kong. The Neon Retro Arcade has reopened after 15 months of being closed. It's located in Pasadena, CA. It's open daily from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
