Last July, Bastille played their first show in LA at The Troubadour, and as you'd expect, the venue was packed with excited fans eager to hear the guys play live in such an intimate venue.
They did not disappoint. I've seen many shows at The Troubadour, but it was the first time I had ever seen the lead singer walk up to the balcony and sing. Dan Smith stayed up there for a moment, then came back down and made his way to the bar at the back of the venue. Sadly, the ceiling was low and he couldn't stand on the bar, so he made his way back to the stage.
