The rocking, roller disco is the ultimate summer escape and will feature retro DJs spinning both classic dance grooves from the 70s, 80s and today’s top pop hits. Skating phenoms,the L.A. Roller Girls, will be performing throughout the events and will be on hand to offer tips and tricks to even the most novice skaters.
For one weekend only, Aug. 24 and 25, guests can “lace up” and step back in time for the ultimate roller-skating experience as Union Station transforms the Historic Ticket Course into a Retro Roller Rink. From noon –9 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, and noon–4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, the Retro Roller Rink will transport guests into the golden age of skating with a custom-built 3,200 square-foot rink right in the heart of the station.
