Sugar we're goin down swinging with some tacos!
Mark your calendars! National Taco Day is October 4th and our friends at Casa Vega are teaming up with the rock band Fall Out Boy to debut a special limited edition taco that will be available for the whole month of October! It doesn't get much better than that!
If you've never been to Casa Vega before, it's a hotspot located in Sherman Oaks. All profits from each taco will then be donated to No Us Without You, which is a charity providing food security for undocumented back of house staff and their families that was created by Va'La Hospitality at the start of the pandemic.
Owner Christy Vega and Pete Wentz worked together to created the taco called "Sugar, We're Goin' to Get Tacos." It comes with a crispy corn shell, filled with ground beef or shredded chicken, homemade queso, Cool Ranch Doritos, pico de gallo and topped off with a cilantro ranch crema drizzle.
YUM!!! My mouth is watering already! The "Sugar, We're Goin' to Get Tacos" will be offered at Casa Vega for both drive-thru and dine in.
