There were fake nude images of more than 100,000 women created from social media pictures and shared online.
The clothes were digitally removed from pictures of women by using Artificial Intelligence and spread on the messaging app called Telegram. Those who were targeted appeared to be underage and those who were running the service said it was just for entertainment.
According to the sensity claim, the technology used is a deepfake bot. If you don't know what a deepfake is, it's a computer- generated often realistic image and video based off a real template. It was stated that no one will blackmail anyone with this because the quality was unrealistic.
