According to some legal type people cited in a Hollywood Reporter story, the lawsuit involving the naked baby on the "Nevermind" cover is probably going nowhere. California has some sort of SLAPP law, and while I am not a lawyer, as it explains in the article, it's highly unlikely to win this case in court. Of course, I can cite a billion examples of something that wasn't supposed to happen, but it did anyhow. So who f'n knows. I found this to be an interesting read.. Well, it was for about half of the story until I got bored.
