Linkin Park has hooked up with an LA restaurant Plan Check for an exclusive "meal pack." The $39 meal pack includes a sandwich called "The Heavy," a nod to the first single from the band's upcoming album, fries sprinkled with kimchi dust, an ahi tuna tostada, a cruller donut with a chocolate disc that has LP's logo and a limited edition t-shirt.
A press released revealed that each item on the menu is a tribute to the band members' heritage. "Traditional Japanese aromatics, such as ponzu and yuzu, are featured throughout the feast as a nod to vocalist, Mike Shinoda’s Japanese roots, while gochujang and kimchi add a spicy kick in tribute to turntablist, Joe Hahn’s Korean background" said the band in the release.
Make sure to stop by Plan Check locations in LA by May 31st.
