Adam West, who we all know and love as Batman from the 1960s series, has passed away at age 88. A rep for West says he died peacefully on Friday after a short battle with Leukemia. He was surrounded his family.
West's family released a statement on the actor's Facebook page: “There are no words to describe how much we'll miss him. We know you'll miss him too and we want you to know how much your love and support meant to him throughout the years. Hug your loved ones today."
West played the Caped Crusader from 1966-1968.
