It's always a party when AJR hits the stage, which is exactly what happened when the indie pop trio arrived at ALT 98.7 Summer Camp.
Brothers Adam, Jack and Ryan Met showcased how far they've come from the New York apartment they began their journey at over a decade ago, with nonstop creative energy oozing throughout their set.
Before the action-packed performance, though, the guys caught up with Harms backstage for a wide-ranging conversation. Among the topics included the group's plans for a special release of their album The Click.
"We haven't put out music in a while. It was like over a year ago, which in 2018, is a long time to not put out music," Ryan said. "Our fans are very hungry for something, so we wanted to put out a deluxe edition that includes "Burn The House Down" and a couple new songs. Just re-inject it with new life while we're working on our next album."
Spastically energetic dance moves and a collection of hits delivered a happy vibe to the ALT Summer Camp crowd. AJR opened with "Come Hang Out" and kept the energy high with "Three-Thirty", "Sober Up" and "Burn The House Down", among other fan favorites.
