Dude! We talked about this story that showed the worst places to get parking tickets in LA. The BIG asterisk to the story was that West Hollywood wasn't part of the story because they are officially their own city.
They're also officially the worst. I got a ticket once for not having my wheels turned toward the curb on a hill AND I WASN'T EVEN ON A HILL!
