L.A. Comic Con says they are moving forward with their plan to hold an in-person convention that will take place in December at the L.A. Convention Center. As for large gatherings, conventions and conferences, they are currently not permitted anywhere in California due to the ongoing pandemic.
The organizers explained in an announcement that they are working with the convention center, taking guidance from state and local officials to plan an event they think will be both safe and fun for all attending.
Los Angeles Comic Con announced "SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. If at any time LA County Health or the Mayor’s Office determine we can’t have a safe show, we’ll postpone and reschedule. And all tickets bought will have a 100% ROLL-OVER/REFUND GUARANTEE.”
If you've never attended, the celebration is three days long full of comic books, sci-fi, pop culture and more!
