Silverado Fire Now Prompts Evacuations In Irvine

A wildfire that broke out in the Irvine area is now being driven by the Santa Ana wins and prompted evacuation orders for around 60,000 people.

The fire started early this morning in the area of Santiago Canyon Road and Silverado Canyon Road. As of right now, the area is under red flag warning due to strong, dry winds which are expected to continue through tomorrow.
