The wait is over!
Disneyland's new Avengers campus will finally open in 2021. The Avengers campus was scheduled to open in the Summer of 2020, but due to the pandemic it has been pushed back. The official Disney fan club, D23 shared a post on their site confirming that Disneyland's California Adventure Park will open their Avengers Campus is 2021.
The fan club didn't give an exact date for the campus grand opening since the parks still don't have a re-opening date due to COVID-19. According to creative director Scot Drake, he stated:
"Our goal is to always deliver on adventure, immerse guests in story and really tap into guests’ imaginations. As Imagineers, we are always looking to push the envelope. And the stories that we’re telling are different than any stories that we have in our parks today."
