I am getting excited for Metallica's Blacklist. It's a 53-track covers album that benefits various charities, and drops on September 10 alongside a reissue of Metallica’s1991 self-titled album. Weezer does a spot on cover. As I learned from interviewing the band a few months back, Rivers is a metal head at heart. He came to LA when the scene was on Sunset and the bands all had hair!
