TikTok Radio Is Bringing Your Favorite Creators To The Airwaves

TikTok Radio

Your For You Page is basically becoming a radio station. iHeartRadio and TikTok have teamed up to launch TikTok Radio from iHeart, a brand-new station that blends viral songs, trending creators, and internet culture into one nonstop audio experience.

The fast-paced station officially launches March 13th on the free iHeartRadio app and will also broadcast across 28 radio stations nationwide, including in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Nashville, Miami and Austin.

Basically, if a song, trend or creator is blowing up on TikTok, there’s a good chance you'll hear about it here. Instead of traditional radio programming, TikTok Radio is designed to feel like a live version of the "For You" feed — mixing the biggest songs with trending stories, creator moments and cultural conversations happening online. The station will highlight everything from viral hits and rising artists to rediscovered throwback songs that suddenly start trending again. The idea is to keep listeners constantly plugged into what’s trending right now.

Some of the signature segments include:

  • Behind-the-Charts – A countdown of the top 10 songs blowing up on TikTok each week, plus the story behind them
  • Hacks on the :20s – Trending life hacks every hour
  • Hot Takes – Fun debates and opinions on lifestyle and culture
  • New Music Fridays – A spotlight on the week’s biggest new releases
  • On The Verge – Artists who are about to break into the mainstream

TikTok Radio is kicking things off live from SXSW in Austin, Texas on March 13th. The station will broadcast interviews, surprise guests and real-time reactions from the festival crowd, with creators and fans shaping the content in real time. Several TikTok creators will appear throughout the weekend, including Grace Wells, Madison Tevlin, Eric Sedeño, Bree Stephens and more. Expect live conversations, trending discussions and plenty of moments destined to end up back on TikTok.

Additionally, a rotating lineup of iHeart personalities will host the station throughout the day, including Kayla Thomas (KIIS FM Los Angeles), Ashlee Young (Houston), Jon Comouche (MYfm Los Angeles), Becky Mits (San Diego) and Angelina Narvaez (San Francisco). Fans can also follow @tiktokradio on TikTok to stay updated on new hosts and upcoming appearances.

But, it doesn't end there — TikTok creators are launching podcasts too as the first wave of shows from the TikTok Podcast Network, which will feature creators expanding their content into long-form audio. Some of the upcoming podcasts include "Suite 305 with Lele Pons" — an unfiltered, slumber-party-style show with cultural guests, "Caroline's Closet" with fashion creator Caroline Vazzana, "Sports Slice" with sports creator Tim Martin, "The Clifford Show" with former college football player and creator Clifford Taylor IV, and "The Set List" with media personality Carter Gregory, featuring conversations with artists and creatives. Clips, highlights and behind-the-scenes moments from these podcasts will also appear on TikTok Radio, helping fans discover new voices across platforms.

Thanks to TikTok Radio, the sounds and trends dominating your feed are heading straight to the airwaves.
