A disturbing video released by TMZ shows one of the dog's used in the upcoming movie A Dog's Purpose being forced to film a water scene.
The trainer is seen dipping the German Shepard's back legs in the rushing water but the dog immediately pawed at the edge of the pool to get out.
What's really scary is the end of the video. We don't know if it was planned, but the dog goes completely under the water and trainers rush towards it as you hear someone off camera yell "Cut it!".
According to TMZ, director Lasse Hallstrom was there the whole time and at least one member of the crew was extremely disturbed by the dog's treatment during this scene.
