DIE HARD on DTLA'S Largest Rooftop

“I promise I will never even think about going up in a tall building again. Oh, God. Please don't let me die.”

Where better to watch John McClane jump off the roof of a Los Angeles high-rise than, well, the roof of a Los Angeles high-rise? Yippee-ki-yay, Mister Falcon! Join us at the top of The Bloc for the most explosive edition of Skyline Sound + Cinema yet, as Alamo Drafthouse presents a spectacular screening of DIE HARD!

Plus! Before the screening, we’ll be joined by Alex Winston, an LA based artist who moonlights as lead singer in Post Precious, for a live performance brought to you by ALT 98.7.

The film that taught us an air duct can totally support Bruce Willis's weight, that guys named Ellis ruin everything, and that the late Alan Rickman was a minor deity, DIE HARD is the perfect film for a rooftop screening under the stars. We can't guarantee any smarmy Germans will interrupt the evening, but we WILL see you barefoot and bleeding (not literally, of course) at The Bloc for the greatest screening of DIE HARD ever.
