A brewery in Virginia just announced that they are seeking a "Chief Hiking Officer" who would get paid $20,000 to spend five to seven months hiking the Appalachian Trail and drinking beer!
Honestly, what sounds better than that?! Enjoying Mother Nature while drinking a beer.... and getting paid!
As of right now, Devil's Backbone Brewing Co. is accepting applications and the winner will be granted the "Chief Hiking Officer" title and flown out to the trail in 2021 for the 2,200 mile hike.
