16-year-old host of Nickelodeon web series DIY With Me, Sissy Sheridan is claiming that an Icing employee accidentally pierced the mask she was wearing right into her ear!
She even uploaded an emotional video on TikTok where she explained how the lady pierced her ear on her mask and that she couldn't get it off because of how bad it hurts. You hear her say "I hate you Claire's. It's stuck on my ear and they look so ugly."
Sissy and her mother want a full refund but the store manager told them they'd need to remove and return the earring to get their money back.
