To stop the spread of coronavirus, Japanese theme parks have banned screaming on roller coasters.

The virus can be transmitted via drops of fluid expelled when a person coughs, sneezes or makes a loud utterance like screaming.

While some people may find it difficult to refrain from crying out while pummeling down a narrow track at breakneck speeds, one of Japan's parks has issued a video to show patrons how it's done.

It ends with the following message: "Please scream inside your heart."
