Trump Signs Executive Order To Extend Unemployment Benefits to $400 a Week

On Saturday, President Trump signed an executive order extending additional weekly benefits to $400 a week instead of $600.

There's no word on when this will go into effect. He said that states will cover 25% of the costs and the federal government will cover 75%.

According to ABC News, it "remains unclear what legal authority Trump has to support these actions."
