Are we time traveling or is this real life?!
AMC Theaters just announced when they re-open they will have 15-cent movie tickets. They are calling it "Movies in 2020 at 1920 Prices." Who would have thought we would see movie tickets for 15-cents ever again?! Theaters will start to open again on August 20th and they have been closed ever since the start of the pandemic. The opening process will be a slow one and they will start out by opening 100 locations where COVID restrictions are more lenient. On September 3rd, two thirds of the locations will open again and others will wait for state approval.
The next time you visit a movie theater, it will look a little different since mask wearing, social distancing and cleaning procedures will take place.
