There were growing concerns that the Trump White House is trying to undermine the U.S. Postal service during the COIVD-19 pandemic while states expand in mail-voting options.
People hen tweeted pictures of locked mailboxes in Burbank. According to the USPS, an employee stated that it's common practice for mailboxes outside post offices to be locked on days they are closed to prevent any vandalism.
