According to a report, it has been announced that children in Los Angeles County will not be allowed back in the classroom until at least November.
The Los Angeles Times listened in on a briefing with Dr. Barbara Ferrer, who is the county's public health director. LA Unified School District and the United Teachers Los Angeles agree that they are opposed to reopening campuses due to health concerns.
At this time, schools in Orange County reopened.
