Once again, a man was spotted with a jetpack flying over the Los Angeles skies!
Federal officials are looking into the second sighting in only six weeks! Two airline pilots spotted a man in a jetpack at an altitude of 3,000 feet. This time around the person was spotted at 6,000 feet. A China Airlines crew spotted the person seven miles northwest of the airport and the agency is currently investigating the report.
The sightings are at such high altitudes and given that most jetpacks are not equipped to fly for more than a few minutes to go very high, flying in busy airspace like that in a major city can present the risk of a collision with a jetliner or being drawn into the plane's engine.
