Have you noticed this lately?
Some stores are seeing paper product shortages again. Not all stores are having this issue, but customers reported that they are seeing less of these items at stores like Costco or Sam's Club. As of right now, there's no exact reason why these stores are seeing shortages, but some stores believe it's due to people making less shopping trips and then buying in bulk.
Smart and Final stated "We've seen an increase in demand for paper products, but it's important to note that there aren't any supplier issues related to raw materials. We continue to encourage people to buy only what they need...."
