Well this isn't something you see everyday!
First blow-up dolls, now cardboard cutouts, but this is just straight up creepy and scary. The California Highway Patrol recently busted a carpool driver in Baldwin Park and posted the passenger on their Facebook page. You see the dummy fully dressed wearing a face mask, glasses and a baseball cap!
The driver admitted that he was driving for over a year before getting pulled over and then ticketed for carpool violation.
