A North Carolina woman is now facing fraud charges for spending her COVID-19 relief loan.

It wasn't just a small loan either, it was $150,000! According to prosecutors, they say that 24-year-old Jasmine Clifton obtained the loan for her online clothing retail business, but then ended up spending the money on shopping trips to Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Louis Vuitton.

She now is facing up to 30 years in prison and fines up to $1,000,000.

If you found yourself with this extra cash, would you spend it like this?!
