The day has finally come!

As of June 15th, California will officially reopen and after a year of restrictions and closures, you will be able to be mask-free in MOST places. If you are vaccinated, you will be able to do mostly everything you did pre-pandemic without wearing a mask including grocery shopping, drinking at a bar and going to the gym.

If you aren't vaccinated, you should still wear a mask but the state is working on the best practices for businesses. There are still situations and places where masks will be required regardless of vaccinations.

Here's where masks will still be required in California:

  • Public transportation
  • Hospitals
  • Prisons
  • Disneyland
  • Indoor work spaces
